Robert D. Witte

About

Robert Witte is a dedicated attorney focused on delivering personal service and tangible results to clients across Wise Law’s practice areas. He has worked on litigation from complaint drafting to settlement and always keeps the client’s objective in mind. Robert graduated from George Washington University Law School in 2021 after receiving a biology degree from the University of Arkansas in 2016. While at GW he was a member of the Mock Trial Board and had the opportunity to work in the DC Office of the Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division while in school. Robert is also a registered patent attorney and prior to joining the firm wrote for the PTAB Handbook, A treatise on practice before the United States Patent Trial and Appeal Board. Robert’s attention to detail and experience drilling down into technical issues make him an effective advocate and Wise Law team-member.
