David Wise is the founding partner of Wise Law Firm, PLC, and his practice focuses on construction law, including contract disputes by all of the various parties that you typically find on a construction project and construction defect cases. He has successfully handled multi-million dollar claims on a nationwide basis. As an experienced trial attorney and a licensed professional engineer, Mr. Wise can use his engineering background and experience to quickly evaluate and address the many complex and technical issues that typically
arise in construction disputes. He has represented homeowners, commercial owners, general contractors, construction managers, subcontractors, suppliers, architects, engineers, and sureties in all types of construction related disputes. His engineering and legal experience are particularly helpful to prepare and resolve construction claims, including claims for impact and delay, acceleration, defective specifications, differing site conditions, change orders, and extra work. Mr. Wise also assists clients in pursuing personal injury and property damages resulting from construction defects, including water intrusion, toxic mold, and insurance coverage disputes. Mr. Wise has been practicing construction law on a national basis for over 35 years, and has obtained multiple million dollar jury verdicts for a wide variety of construction related claims.
